Cold Moon

This Thursday we have the final full moon of the year.  This last full moon is named the Cold Moon because it’s associated with staying cozy by a crackling fireplace, surrounded by not only the physical warmth of the fire but also the warmth from our loved ones. It’s a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the peace and quiet inside your home to recharge and radiate energy when you awake on Friday. This full moon is all about endings and taking time to complete those tasks you’ve been meaning to do, so you can move into 2020 with a clean slate.

Pro Tip:

Take some time on Thursday night to sit in a quiet area of your home and make a list of all you are ready to let go of, physically and emotionally, to create space for the abundance coming to you in the new year and the next decade.  If you have a safe way to do so, burn the list and release the weight of these burdens in your life.

Smith’s Pick: Essential Oil Diffuser

To stay away from toxic scented candles and air-fresheners, replace them with this essential oil diffuser. My favorite oils to use this time of year are Siberian Fir, Wild Orange and Clove Bud creating a cozy holiday mood. Click on the image for more information about the diffuser.
