What the Lack?

In my experience in working with clients, I've recognized there is so much lackful thinking that exists in today's world. We are more consumer driven than ever and we are programmed to want more and more due to societal pressures. The end result is being surrounded by items that were once meaningful for a moment in time and then we eventually lose sight of why we found these items meaningful in the first place.

Pro Tip: Observe

I challenge you to start observing your environment through the eyes of who you are now. Evaluate an area of your home that currently overwhelms you, take an inventory of the items and assess them on a scale of 1 to 10. 1 meaning it brings you a sense of calmness and 10 being it adds unnecessary stress to you life. Once you determine where the items fall on your scale, make mindful decisions to dispose of items that no longer bring you a sense of calmness to your life.
